4. Replacing JULAC Library Card

JULAC has a new style Library card to replace the existing paper card.  The new, durable plastic card has a common barcode and you no longer need to bring photocopies of your application forms when registering at host libraries.  The JULAC Library Card gives you access to all other UGC-funded libraries.  You may borrow books and use resources when you visit these libraries.

You are cordially requested to replace your paper card with the new plastic JULAC Library Card by completing the online form below.

JULAC Library Card Online Application

Your new card will be available for collection from the University Library within five working days.  An email will notify you when the new card is ready for collection.

For replacement details, please visit http://www.lib.cuhk.edu.hk/JULAC-card/replace.

Please note that all existing paper cards will expire at the end of December 2014.

Through this JULAC Card Project in collaboration with other JULAC libraries, the CUHK Library enables you to have wider access to resources to facilitate your research.  For any questions, please call 3943-7306 or email ulcir@lib.cuhk.edu.hk.
