5. Sharing session on 3D Printing @ Your Libraries

3D printing is a process of making a physical model.  It helps users to rapidly build prototyping of their design concepts or working models.

The Library is organising a sharing session on 3D printing @ your libraries.  The details read as follows:

Date:23 July 2014 (Wednesday)
Venue:Learning Garden, University Library
Time:9:30am to 11:30am Presentations by faculty and suppliers
11:30am to 1:00pm & 
2:30pm to 4:30pm
3D printer exhibition

Speakers include Prof Charlie Wang (Associate Professor, Department of Mechanical and Automation Engineering, CUHK), Dr Patrio Chiu (Senior Education Development Officer, Office of Education Development and Gateway Education, CityU) and Chris Leung (Marketing Director, Dynamic Technologies Services Limited).

No registration required.  Students and staff are welcome to join us the sharing session and 3D printers exhibition.
