LibQUAL+ Library Survey Results |

The Chinese University of Hong Kong Library has participated in the LibQUAL+ survey since 2007. LibQUAL+ is a survey developed by the Association of Research Libraries (ARL) to measure library service quality and identify best practices internationally. The Library conducted the survey from 3 – 23 November 2014. Over 6,600 students and staff completed the survey and nearly half of the respondents provided written comments. The Library would like to thank all participants who took time to complete the survey. A summary report is now available at http://www.lib.cuhk.edu.hk/survey2014/.
