The Info Access User Group Meeting 2006 was successfully held on April 25, 2006 at the Cho Yiu Hall of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. 

More than 70 participants from overseas, mainland China, Macau and local libraries attended this whole day meeting.  Besides exchanging ideas and sharing views on the development of electronic resources, a total of eight presentations, ranging from academic initiatives to electronic database introductions, were arranged.

Prof. Zhao Jihai from the Zhejiang University Libraries, Prof. Luan Guming (represented by Dr. Benjamin Lau) from the Chinese Academy of Social Science, together with six speakers delivered inspiring speeches and presentations in their areas of specialty.
