5. Collection Moves at the University Library

The University Library (UL) will embark on a "move and merge" project over the summer break to temporarily ease the space problem of the book stacks.  The project is also intended to better facilitate the retrieval of library materials by merging all UL bound periodicals (except A class) to the LG/F of UL; and the D class circulating books (currently divided and housed at two separate floors) to the 2/F of UL.

The collection shifts will start on May 12 and should be completed by August 21, 2009.  Notices will be posted in the affected areas to indicate where the materials should be.  Please contact the Library staff at the UL Circulation Counter if there is any problem on locating these materials.

Thanks in advance for your patience and understanding.  We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
