2. A Gentle Reminder - Returning Books and Paying Fines

For graduating students and leaving staff: please be reminded to return all your borrowed library items and clear all outstanding fines, if any, before you leave the University.  Your record may be sent to the University authorities if there is any unreturned library item and/or outstanding fines.

For other library users: please be reminded to return any overdue library item(s) you have and pay the accrued fines.  If you do not return the overdue item(s), your Library borrowing privileges may be suspended.  For more information, please see the Library Regulation on "Loss of Privileges" for overdue books and payments of charges.

To find out what you owe: please view the details via the "My Library Record" function in the Online Library Catalogue or consult the library staff at any circulation desk.

For payment of charges, you may pay it with cash or cheque (made payable to The Chinese University of Hong Kong) at any circulation desk.  You may also mail your payment to the Circulation Department, University Library, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shatin, N.T.
