The Library is pleased to provide CUHK members with a growing collection of e-books (presently over 800,000 titles) via the Library website.  To help our users learn more about this new type of content, various e-book vendors such as Oxford University Press, Wiley-Blackwell, Springer, EBSCO, ProQuest, Apabi, ebrary, etc. will set up exhibition booths at the University Library on June 3 to demonstrate their most current online collections and electronic platforms.  All are welcome to this exhibition and details are as follows:

Date: June 3, 2008 (Tue)
Time: 10 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Venue: G/F Lobby, University Library

A dedicated ebook search engine was also launched to help users find ebooks more easily and effectively.  You can now type in keywords, title or author in the CUHK E-books Catalogue to exclusively search Chinese and English e-book titles hosted in various e-book providers' websites.  You may also browse the collection according to different publishers / providers.

To search the CUHK E-books Catalogue, go to the Library Homepage > E-Books (under DAO E-Resources) > CUHK E-books Catalogue
