New Printing/Copying Receipts to Replace Department Copying/Printing Cards |

Good news! Starting from July 2015, library users will have the choice to generate a receipt when they print or make photocopies inside the Library. This will be an added convenience for those users who need to keep the receipts for reimbursement or other purposes. These official receipts contain detailed information about the transaction – date, time, place, item(s) charged, quantity, total amount charged, Octopus card number, etc. This new service will replace the Department Copying/Printing Cards as the technology supporting these Cards has become obsolete. The Library will contact the departments concerned for refund in due course.
