Document Information Sources with RefWorks
Demonstrates how to use RefWorks, a web-based bibliography and database manager, to produce bibliographies and in-text references in a variety of citation styles (e.g. MLA, APA, Chicago, etc.). Topics covered include setting up a RefWorks Account, creating folders, importing references from databases, creating a bibliography in a variety of formats/styles, and using Write-N-Cite to create in-text references.
Accessing E-journals in Science
Introduces and demonstrates the efficient use of library subscribed E-journals in Science, including new additions of Elsevier ScienceDirect Freedom Collection, Karger Journals Online, Science and Nature.
Finding Education Information
Introduces and demonstrates the searching of ERIC and Education Fulltext.
Finding Theses and Dissertations
Introduces and demonstrates the use of databases on dissertations such as Dissertations & These@Chinese University of Hong Kong, Digital Dissertation Consortium, ProQuest Dissertations & Theses, Wanfang Data - Chinese Dissertations Database, as well as locating theses and dissertations in academic libraries in Hong Kong.
Finding Information about Hong Kong
Introduces the searching of different types of Hong Kong materials on various subjects in the CUHK Libraries.

Web of Science provides seamless access to current and retrospective multidisciplinary information from approximately 9000 of the most prestigious, high impact research journals in the world. This workshop will provide instruction on citation navigation, times cited, who's citing who, analysis, and citation alerts.
Chinese Databases on Humanities and Social Sciences
Introduces and demonstrates the searching of Chinese databases on various subjects in humanities and social sciences.
