In line with the University's development of the Smart University ID Card, the Library's Add Value Machines were decommissioned on June 30, 2012 and the Payflex charging devices for copying/printing card and contact-only smart card will be decommissioned effective June 30, 2013. To ensure a continuous library service to our users, the Library has arranged a free replacement of a contactless smart card for the contact-only smart card holder. If your Library card was issued before 2009, you may submit a card replacement request by replying the email the Library sends to you or sending an email to ulcir@cuhk.edu.hk with your name, Library Card Number, email address and phone no.
Please note that the expiry date for your current library card will remain unchanged after the replacement.
