January 12 (Mon) 2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
This workshop covers the key strategies that you should use to plan and deliver presentations that will capture your audiences' attention and effectively convey your message. You will discuss common areas of difficulty, and participate in a number of practise presentation activities. You will also learn how to design and use visual aids effectively, as well as deal with questions.

Discussion Skills - Speaking with Confidence
January 20 (Tue) 2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
In this workshop, you will be introduced to the key skills to begin and maintain conversations in various professional settings. You will learn strategies for how to discuss various topics, agree and disagree politely, and maintain conversations by incorporating appropriate questions and statements. You will also have the opportunity to practise in small group conversations.

The Oral Presentation Skills You Need to Learn
January 27 (Tue) 2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
In this workshop, you will learn about various types of oral presentations for academic purposes. You will discuss how to make the best use of the presentation format, and will examine the issues that you will need to pay attention to when presenting in Cantonese. You will also discuss the use of multimedia tools and how to deal with difficulties that you might experience during oral presentations.
