In collaboration with the Power of Words, the 'Book Exhibition on Xiao Hung and the Northeast Writers' and 'Ann Hui: A Retrospective Film Exhibition' were held successfully at the New Asia College Ch'ien Mu Library and United College Wu Chung Multimedia Library respectively from September 17 - October 17, 2014.  

Aiming at promoting modern Chinese literature, selected works of Xiao Hong and the Northeast writers including Xiao Jun, Duanmu Hongliang and Luo Binji were exhibited in the 'Book Exhibition on Xiao Hung and the Northeast Writers'.  

'Ann Hui: A Retrospective Film Exhibition' showcased all film titles of Ann Hu, a reputable Hong Kong film director.  Eight major movies were selected for screening in the audio-visual area on G/F of the United College Wu Chung Multimedia Library.
