2. Library Catalogue 2.0 Beta - The Next Generation Library Catalogue

Starting from November 3, 2008, the University Library System will provide a Library Catalogue 2.0 Beta version for users.  It is a brand new platform for searching all types of library resources using the latest web design techniques.  It offers features including:

  • A single search box
  • Spell checker
  • Faceted navigation to refine your search
  • Advance result ranking to bring you the most relevant results up-front
  • Tag clouds to discover related items
  • Links to recently added books on your topic
