First Communal Dinner with four cohorts of students
The first communal dinner in Term 1, 2015–16, held on 8 September 2015 at the College Multi-Purpose Hall, was the first time with four cohorts of students in CW Chu College. Over 30 tables were set up with hot and fresh dishes. College teachers and students, including local, mainland and international students, enjoyed a Chinese style dinner offered by the new caterer.
Dinner Talks
CW Chu College has organized a series of dinner talks and sharing for students. Two dinner talks were held in Term 1, 2015–16.

Topic: Thanksgiving To celebrate Thanksgiving Day, Mr Seth Henson McGaugh, exchange student from the University of South Carolina, USA, gave a brief introduction to the history and culture of Thanksgiving during the communal dinner. College students shared a time to be thankful, and enjoyed roast turkey.
