College Orientation Camp

The College Orientation Camp (O'Camp) is the very first activity that introduces the first-year students to life in the University and the College. It also aims to develop among new students a sense of belonging to the College community, and to help them become familiar with the support available, both emotional and material, as they go through an important transition in life.

The Organizing Committee (OC), with a team of nine members, organized the O'Camp to welcome all local, mainland and international students newly admitted to the College. The O'Camp took place from 31 August to 3 September 2015, and new students were assigned into six groups. Each group also included three to four senior students as counselors. During the 4-day 3-night camp, they participated in many interesting activities such as ice breaking and mass games, CU hunt, Running Man, detective games, outreach missions, classroom games, socio-game, and disco night.

New students got to know each other and built up friendships with students from different years.
