Wing Chun Class
A total of 25 students, including exchange students, participated in the Wing Chun Classes in Term 1, 2015–16. Four classes were held from 30 September to 28 October 2015, taught by Mr Thomas Wong, a professional Wing Chun coach. Participants learnt Wing Chun concepts and close-range combat skills, gaining a greater understanding of Chinese martial arts and Chinese culture.

Sport Climbing Fun Day
Thirteen students joined a Sport Climbing Fun Day organized by the College on 6 November 2015. Participants learnt basic climbing skills and safety measures, gained a better understanding on sports climbing, and built self-confidence and perseverance.

Stretch Away Your Stress Workshop
Stretching exercise is a relaxing way to relieve stress and concentrate better during revision. Not only is it a warm-up exercise, but it is also the best way to calm down. The College held a stretching workshop on 19 November 2015. Twelve students and College staff joined the workshop.

Archery Fun Days 
Archery was used for hunting and combat. In modern times, it has developed into a competitive sport and recreational activity. The College Archery Fun Days were held on 23 October and 27 November 2015, to offer fun and challenging workout to participants, who learnt basic archery skills in the relaxing sessions.
