| New Asia College Cultural Talks 2016/17 second talk by Prof. Kwong Kin-hung | |

"New Asia College Cultural Talks" is organized by New Asia College and the New Asia College Alumni Association, and co-organized by New Asia Middle School. The second talk was held on 14 January 2017. It was our honor to have Prof. Kwong Kin-hung as our speaker. Prof. Kwong is the Honorary Professor of Department of Chinese Language and Literature, Hong Kong Baptist University and the Professor of New Asia Institute of Advanced Chinese Studies. The topic of this talk was "Hong Kong New-style Wuxia Novels". It was moderated by Mr. Lam Chi Kong, member of the committee on New Asia College cultural talks. Prof. Kwong led the audience into the world of Wuxia novels and enabled them to experience a deeper understanding of the novels. This received an enthusiastic response and inspired fruitful discussion between the speaker and the audience. |
