- Prof. Cui Xiliang, President of Beijing Language and Culture University visited the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) on 3 November 2011. Prof. Cui delivered an academic lecture during the visit. Prof. Cui met with CUHK representatives, including Prof. Dennis Ng, Associate-Pro-Vice-Chancellor; Prof. Hsiung Ping Chen, Dean of Arts.

- On 4 November 2011, a 15-member delegation led by Prof. Zhong Shilun, Vice President of Sichuan Normal University visited CUHK and met with Prof. Dennis Ng, Associate-Pro-Vice-Chancellor and University Dean of Student of CUHK to learn more about the University and its student affairs management.

- Prof. Gong Yukuan, Dean of School of Philosophy and Religious Studies, Minzu University of China (MU) led a delegation to CUHK on 9 November. The delegation met with Prof. Jack Cheng, Pro-Vice-Chancellor of CUHK and Prof. Archie Lee of Department of Cultural and Religious Studies. Prof. You Bin, Deputy Dean of School of Philosophy and Religious Studies of MU delivered a public lecture on "Some New Trends of Religious Studies in Mainland China since the New Century" during the visit.

- Prof. Li Weiping, Head of Renji Hospital, affiliated hospital of Shanghai Jiao Tong University visited CUHK on 26 November 2011. He met with Prof. Jack Cheng, Pro-Vice-Chancellor to understand the development of the University.
