	HSBC Management Development Programme - Personal Financial Services	NWS Holdings Management Trainee Programme 2007
Programme Content	-  39-month programme -  3 distinct phases covering various attachments within the 4 business areas -  7-week group training programme held at Bricket Wood in the UK	-  3-year developmental programme -  6 major components including job rotation, training and development programme, executive exposure, management projects, mentorship programme and buddy system – giving all-round exposure to Management Trainees
Eligibility	-  degree holder from a local or international university -  up to 3 years' working experience -  right of Abode in Hong Kong -  good English and Chinese language skills	-  holders of Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in any disciplines -  good results in English Language (syllabus B), Chinese Language and Mathematics at Hong Kong Certificate Education Examination or equivalent -  less than 3 years' working experience -  fluent spoken and written Chinese and English -  proactive, innovative, resilient and able to think laterally -  excellent in communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
