With its outstanding achievements in academic exchanges, the Institute of Chinese Studies (ICS) is nominated for the "Overseas Impactful Award for Sinology" with two other renowned international academic institutions—Harvard-Yenching Institute in the US and the Academy of Chinese Culture on the mainland. ICS is the only Hong Kong institution in the nomination list. It is really an honour to be recognised by the international community.

The Institute of Chinese Studies would continue to adhere to its mission of exploring the Chinese traditional culture, enhancing the standards of Chinese cultural research and teaching, and facilitating academic exchanges in the field of Chinese cultural studies all over the world.
