Six talks under the "Basic Core Laboratories Learning Series" were organized by the Core Laboratories Team on every Thursday between 7 October and 11 November 2010. These talks were intended to introduce the makeup of our Core Labs (including the Macromolecular and Microarray Core, the Flow Cytometry and Cell Culture Core, the Microscopy and Imaging Core, and the Histology Core), safety issues and how to handle animals and various basic biological techniques to our academic staff, postgraduate students and technicians, in the hope of improving their research capability.
