Trial Activity by Potential Members of the Seventh Executive Committee

The students who were interested in forming the Seventh Executive Committee organised a trial detective game, ‘One Heart Two Faces’, on 15 November 2021. A total of 30 residents participated in the trial game. As a reward, the winning team received a gift bag with snacks and a message card.

Formation of the Seventh Executive Committee

A proposed cabinet, Ceptigri, which comprises eight Year 1 students, submitted an application for the election of the Seventh Executive Committee. An online consultation session hosted by the Election Committee of the RA was conducted on 14 January 2022. The candidates took the opportunity to introduce themselves and the proposed activities in their year plan. A number of former Executive Committee members attended the session to raise questions on Ceptigri's year plan and share their valuable experiences with them.

After the online voting period from 21 to 25 January 2022 and the vote counting session, Ceptigri was declared elected as the Seventh Executive Committee of the RA, whose term of office lasts from 1 February 2022 to 31 January 2023. The Committee members are as follows:

Online Inauguration Ceremony for Ceptigri

An online inauguration ceremony for Ceptigri was organised on 23 February 2022. A total of 14 participants attended this ceremony. On this occasion, Prof Suk-Ying WONG, College Master, delivered a welcoming speech, while the Dean of Students and Warden were also present to show support for the newly formed RA.

Annual General Meeting

An Annual General Meeting of the RA was conducted online by Ceptigri on 16 February 2022. In the meeting, the participating members of the RA passed the Annual Report and the Financial Report of the Sixth Executive Committee, and the year plan and budget plan of Ceptigri, the Seventh Executive Committee.
