| The Third Representative Council and Executive Council | |

The Third Representative Council, The Student Union of CW Chu College, CUHK, passed a motion on 8 March 2016 and announced on 9 March 2016 that no Executive Council had been elected for the third term since the minimum requirement of the number of officers for the Executive Committee was not met.
In accordance with Article 78 of Constitution of the Student Union of CW Chu College, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, where no Executive Council is elected or confirmed for whatever reasons, the Representative Council shall act as the Executive Council until the end of the term of office, namely until 31 January 2017.
