CWC Cultural Nights are cultural sharing events for our international/ exchange students to introduce the interesting cultures of their home countries, and for other participants to develop a global outlook and enhance their bonding with their international/ exchange College mates.

The Italian Cultural Night on 10 October 2019 was hosted by two Italian students, Mr Michele SCELZA of CWC and Ms Carlotta ORSELLI of New Asia College. Thanks to the efforts by these two friendly and energetic hosts, participants learnt about the geography of Italy, the Italian language and common Italian gestures through an interactive presentation and exciting quiz game. They also had a discussion on Italian stereotypes and a taste of authentic Italian food, most of which were made by the hosts.

In addition to CWC students and students of other Colleges, Prof Evelyn CHAN, Chair of the College Life Committee of CWC, and Ms Margaret KOO, CWC affiliate, attended the event to share the joy.
