To express our deepest appreciation to the K.S. Lo Foundation ( 羅桂祥基金 ) (the Foundation) for its exceptionally generous donation of HK$150 million in support of the development of biomedical sciences research at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, the new research block which will house our School has been named Lo Kwee-Seong Integrated Biomedical Sciences Building. This building is under construction at Area 39, Northside Research Campus and is estimated to be completed for our relocation between the end of 2011 and spring of 2012. The Building is named after the late Dr. Kwee-Seong Lo, Founder of the Vitasoy Group and the Foundation. The University held the Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony on 1 September 2010 to commemorate the philanthropy of the Foundation. The ceremony flyer can be viewed HERE .
