Since term starts, couples of phishing attacks were reported which aim to stealing password.

To protect your personal data, we encourage students to try out 2-factor authentication (2FA), an option commonly adopted in the industry. Even if your password is leaked, no one can access your account without your 2^nd factor.

The 2FA solution, DUO, is now available to students to access mailbox and CUHK VPN. The only prerequisites are

1. A valid student account
2. A mobile device with the app "DUO Mobile" downloaded from the app store.
