Science Faculty 60th Anniversary Distinguished Science Lecture - Prof. Fan Jianqing

In celebration of the 60^th anniversary of The Chinese University of Hong Kong and Faculty of Science, a distinguished lecture was organised by the department in conjunction with the Faculty of Science. Prof. Fan Jianqing, Frederick L. Moore ‘18 Professor of Finance, Professor of Statistics and Professor of Operations Research and Financial Engineering at Princeton University, was invited to present his current research in the field of statistics.

Prof. Fan delivered a lecture entitled “Ranking Inferences Based on the Top Choice of Multiway Comparisons” on 10 July 2023. The lecture had an audience of over 70 attendees and was followed by a roundtable discussion.
