The University has approved the expansion of the Committee of Overseers (COO) from nine to up to twelve members in addition to the Master as an ex-officio member. The existing Chairman and Members of COO have all agreed to continue for another term of two years from 1 August 2014. Mrs Katherine Ma, Second Vice-Chairman of the 2014/2015 Board of Directors of the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals, is a new Member of the COO.
