A delegation led by Prof Liu Dongzhi, Vice-President of Tianjin University, visited the College on 5 March 2014. Prof Kenneth Young, College Master, received the delegation and introduced to them the unique college system of CUHK and features of CW Chu College. The delegation also took a tour around the College campus. Dr Edgar WK Cheng, Senior Adviser to the Council of CUHK and benefactor of the College's Lanson Terrace and the Lanson Mini-Library & Reading Room, visited the College on 6 February 2014 and met with Professor Kenneth Young, College Master and Ms Melody Lee, College Secretary. Around 40 school counsellors of local and overseas international schools visited the College on 23 May 2014. They learned more about the college system of CUHK and joined the College campus tour guided by student ambassadors. Mr Xie Xuejun and Mr Wu Youwei, teachers of Suzhou University of Science and Technology, joined the delegation of Soochow University to visit CW Chu College and CUHK Campus on 8 and 9 July 2014. |
