| Visit of the Independent Schools Foundation Academy | |

Further to the previous visit on 11 December 2012, another group of 25 students from the Independent Schools Foundation Academy visited the School of Biomedical Sciences again on 5 September 2014. The delegation was warmly welcomed by Prof. Kenneth K.H. Lee, Managing Director of Core Laboratories and Chief of Stem Cell and Regeneration Program of our School. Prof. Lee gave a short introduction on stem cell research work, and also guided them to visit the Core Laboratories at Lo Kwee-Seong Integrated Biomedical Sciences Building. The visit provided the students an out-of-classroom opportunity to acquire the basic understanding of stem cell research and of the overall core facilities in our School.
