The delegation composed of senior administrators from various administration and academic units of SYSU, including President's Office, Student Affairs Office, Science & Technology Office, Office of Medical Sciences, Bureau of Affiliated Hospitals Administration, Equipment & Lab Management Office, Office of International Cooperation & Exchange, Office of Finance and University Assets, Schools of Medicine, Business and Software, and Cancer Center.

The delegates met with Prof. Jack Cheng, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, who gave a presentation on the management structure of the University. Meetings were held with representatives from Faculty Office of Medicine, Communication and Public Relations Office, and Campus Planning and Sustainability Office to introduce respective areas of work and exchange views and experiences. They also visited S.H. Ho College to learn about the college system of CUHK.

The visit provided a valuable opportunity for administration and academic units in the two universities to communicate with each other and build up strong links for further collaboration.
