Other Important Visits

-       Prof. Gao Ling, Vice-President of Northwestern University visited CUHK on 25 June, 2012. He met with Prof. Jack Cheng, Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Prof. Xin Zhouping, Associate Director of the Institute of Mathematical Sciences to understand the development of CUHK.

-       Prof. Gao Guolan, President of Aviation General Hospital led a 10-member delegation to visit CUHK on 27 June 2012. The delegates met with Prof. Jack Cheng, Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Prof. Fok Tai-fai, Dean of Medicine. They visited research facilities and centers in Prince of Wales Hospital to learn about the development of Faculty of Medicine and explore collaboration opportunities.

 

-       A 6-member delegation led by Mr. Zhanrongsheng, Ningbo Municipal Development & Reform Commission visited CUHK on 27 June 2012. The delegation met with Prof. Joseph Sung, Vice-Chancellor and Prof. Jack Cheng, Pro-Vice-Chancellor to get to know more about the development of CUHK.

 

-       A delegation of Institutions Presidents from Shandong led by Mr. Fu Huafeng, Vice-Secretary of Higher Education Committee of Shandong visited CUHK on 29 June 2012. The delegation met with Prof. Dennis Ng, Associate Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Ms. Corinna Lee, Assistant Director of Personnel to understand CUHK and the human resources management of the University.
