Introductory Fitness Course
Organised on 14 October 2016 and taught by Dr Robert Ng, PE Coordinator, the course introduced the use of fitness equipment and common mistakes to avoid; there were ten participants.
Sport Climbing and Archery Fun Days
To offer fun and challenging working out options to students, the College organised two fun days: Sport Climbing and Archery, respectively on 11 and 18 November 2016. Over 20 students participated in each event.
