Social English Workshop
Three sessions of Social English Workshop were organized on 7 March (Thursday), 21 March (Thursday) and 9 April 2013 (Tuesday). The sessions were led by Mr Patrick Gilbert and were intended to assist students to use appropriate 'globalised' etiquette and English involving different people from all around the world, and for different types of social occasions: casual, semi-formal and formal. Students had opportunities to learn, discuss and role-play. College teachers also provided port and cheese during the sessions.
