1. 10 Commandments to Secure Your Mobile Device

You use your mobile device to save, manage or exchange thousands of information daily. Some information could be of high value and sensitivity, especially your contact lists, photos, videos, e-banking information, and even passwords!

If you do not protect your device well, this sort of information could be fallen into the wrong hands.

Check the following 10 Commandments to save your device from anonymous threats!

DON'T s

1. Lock your mobile device with passcode
2. Keep the operating system (OS) & apps updated
3. Use well-known Wi-Fi network & secure connection, e.g. VPN
4. Install security apps, e.g. anti-virus apps
5. Backup data in your device regularly
6. DO NOT jailbreak or root your device
7. DO NOT install apps from untrustworthy sources
8. DO NOT turn on unused Wi-Fi, Bluetooth & location services
9. DO NOT visit suspicious links or Quick Response (QR) code
10. DO NOT leave your device unattended
