4. Achieving Effective Collaboration with CUHK SharePoint Service

Need to share information within members in an easy yet effective way? CUHK SharePoint Service could help!

Facilitate Online Collaboration

SharePoint is a collaboration tool allows you to set up shared workplace or websites for peer working.  It works much like an intranet, but with a larger range of features that facilitate group collaboration within your department. Available features include document library (for simple document management and sharing), discussion board, announcement, blog, wiki, survey, calendar, etc.

Open for Departments

CUHK SharePoint Service is now opened for University committees, Faculties, Colleges and departments use. Administrative right of SharePoint site is dedicated to the unit's appointed SharePoint Coordinators. Training will be provided by ITSC if needed. Interested parties can apply for a SharePoint site collection by submitting the application form downloadable from https://share.cuhk.edu.hk/application-forms1.
