The delegation composed of representatives from various administration departments of Shantou University, including President's Office, Human Resources Office, Teaching Affairs Office, Finance Office, Students' Affairs Office and Information Office. The delegates met with Prof. Michael Hui, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, who gave a presentation on the management structure of the University. Meetings were also held with representatives from Office of Academic Links (China), Alumni Affairs Office, Bursary, Communication and Public Relations Office, Office of Students Affairs Office of Institutional Advancement, Personnel Office, Registry and the University Library of CUHK to share experience and views.

The visit provided a valuable opportunity for administration units in the two universities to communicate with each other and further links and collaboration.
