The delegation composed of representatives from various divisions of the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange in Tsinghua University, including Central Administration, Liaison and Exchange, Human Resources, Students Global Mobility, Visiting Programs and Foreign Students Affairs. During the visit, delegates held meetings with different departments of CUHK to discuss academic collaboration, manpower planning and student exchange issues. The departments of CUHK included the Office of Academic Links (China), Personnel Office, Office of Academic Links and Office of Admissions and Financial Aids.

Tsinghua University is one of the CUHK's strategic partners. The visit provided a valuable opportunity for units working for academic exchange, student administration and personnel management in the two universities to communicate with each other and to further links and collaboration.
