D. Logic Settings
The logic builder allows you to create dynamic forms that will follow logic that you've specified to perform certain actions like showing and hiding fields, skipping certain pages or emailing specific individuals based on the selections the user makes while filling out the forms.
I. Question Skipping
Conditional logic can be applied to dynamically show/hide fields based on user selections and/or to skip to a certain page. Each time a user makes a selection or enters any text into the field, the conditions are being evaluated instantly and the associated field will be shown or hidden immediately.
The conditions and actions for a field can be defined by selecting the fields from the dropdown menu and defining the comparison value.
II. Page Skipping
Page skip logic is useful to direct respondents to the correct pages of the form when you have multipage forms and need to display a different set of pages based on user choices or to skip a certain page and go directly to the confirmation page.
III. Conditional email notification
Creating a Send Email rule will only require an email address where you'd like to have the notification sent. If a show message rule meets the condition after the forms been submitted, users will see the custom message or standard default message you created from the logic builder.
You can set up rules to send email notificationpages of the form when you have multipage forms and need to display a different set of pages based on user choices or to skip a certain page and go directly to the confirmation page.
