You can click "Form properties" at the right hand corner show in the diagram.
There are many settings for the form
1. Form Title
2. Description
3. Disable Message
4. Submission Confirmation
i. Display a success message
ii. Redirect to a web site
5. LDAP Authentication
There are list of pre-set group for chose.
6. Processing Options
i. If the form have more than 1 page, you can check this option to let user save and resume the form later by user inputting their email.
ii. Check this option will have a preview page at the end for user review before saving the record.
7. Protection and Limit
i. User are requested to input the password set for accessing the form
ii. User are requested to input captcha before submit
iii. Not recommend to set Limit by IP (disabled)
iv. Limit the number of form submissions
8. Automatic Scheduling
Set a date range for the form active.
9. Load Custom Javascript File
