The Cross-generational Integration Programme rolled out by this Centre aims at facilitating interaction between the aged and the young, so as to promote mutual understanding and respect across different generations. The first activity under the programme of this academic year will be the “Pastel Nagomi Art Workshop”. Led by an experienced tutor, the workshop is expected to offer an opportunity for CUHK students and their elderly family members to experience the joy of co-creating the Pastel Nagomi Art. It is conducive to the enhancement of their affinity which leads to cross-generational integration. Details are as follows:

Remarks:
- Each student should pair up with at least one elderly family member aged 55 or above.
- Confirmation email will be sent to successful applicants on or before 11 December 2020 (Friday).
- Successful applicants should visit this Centre (Room 501, 5/F, Wong Foo Yuan Building) to collect the materials kit and settle a deposit of $100. Deposit is refundable only to the people who duly attend the workshop. Absentees will be accountable for the forfeit of deposit.
- To achieve the best teaching and learning outcomes, participants should turn on the computer camera throughout the workshop.
