Class of 2022

The College celebrated the graduation of the Class of 2022 on 24 November 2022. Dr David CHU, Chairman of the Committee of Overseers, guests, teachers and students joined this joyous occasion. College Master Prof Suk-Ying WONG officiated at the Ceremony and commended the graduates for overcoming these challenging years of the pandemic, and wished them smooth sailing ahead.

Ms Chelsea NG (Government and Public Administration), who received the Cultus et Beneficentia Award 2022, represented the Class to express gratitude to all those who have contributed to the welcoming environment of CWC. She encouraged fellow graduates to treasure their shared memories as they embrace the future.

College Photo Day (10 March 2023)

The graduating class of 2023 gathered at the Photo Day held on 10 March to share moments of joy and to create memories for the years to come, joined by College teachers, friends and families. A light lunch was served in Chong Kin Wo Hall.

The 2023 CUHK Wellness Sports Day

In celebration of the 60th anniversary of CUHK, a group of eight College alumni formed a CWC Basketball Team to compete in the 2023 CUHK Wellness Sports Day, organised by the Federation of Alumni Associations of the CUHK on 13 May 2023. Members of the team include (programme and year of graduation in brackets):

CHAN Hui Nok, a Year 2 student, joined the event to cheer for the team. He recalled how he met them:

‘This year, they came to see us play in the intercollegiate basketball competitions, and even invited me into their message group. So I joined them to play basketball once in a while. They gather here years after graduation and are so passionate about it, having a good time even though they lost. It warms me a lot.’
