Event: The 6th Museum Professional Exchange Programme: Exhibition Planning and Collection Management
With the generous support from the Bei Shan Tang Foundation, the 6th Museum Professional Exchange Programme (formerly known as "Museum Professionals Training Workshop") was held in April. Jointly organised by the Art Museum and the Museum of Oriental Ceramics, Osaka, the programme this year was themed "Exhibition Planning and Collection Management". Similar to previous years, the programme was structured in the form of "lecture + micro-exhibition proposal presentation + field trip". Twenty-four museum professionals from Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau participated in and benefited from the sharing and exchange with seasoned specialists from museums worldwide in two weeks.
