Got some comments upon ITSC services?

Other than regular feedback collection through service desk and survey, e.g. User Satisfactory and Needs Survey, we also exchange ideas with users through different user group meetings:

• Staff-oriented: LAN Administrator Meeting
• Student-oriented: ITSC Student User Consultation Committee Meeting
• Faculty-oriented: IT Coordinator Group Meeting
• College-oriented: ITSC College Liaison Meeting
