New staff can now collect their login information and staff cards with ease as ITSC has introduced a self-service platform and a local SMS reminder service.

How New Staff Can Now Get Account & Card?

This service is applicable to all new staff who report for duty with a local mobile phone number recorded in CUPIS.

	Computing Accounts for Online Access From 19 Dec 2022, There is a local SMS to inform new staff about their account readiness and collection instructions; New staff can check and collect their computing accounts online at  https://cai.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk/ssac by verifying themselves with the mobile phone number.
	CU Link (Staff Card) for Identification and Campus Access From 16 Mar 2023, New staff receive an additional SMS message on CU Link Card arrangement.

What’s Next about This Service?

We will further extend the above reminder service to new staff email contact (recorded in CUPIS) this summer.

For those without any contact information in CUPIS, they can still contact ITSC to collect their accounts and cards as usual.
