Event: Amazing Clay: The Ceramic Collection of the Art Museum Lecture Series
 

To complement the exhibition "Amazing Clay: The Ceramic Collection of the Art Museum", the Art Museum organised a monthly lecture series, which began in May 2016. The lectures for April were held on 28 and 29 April 2017. Professor Wang Guangyao, research fellow of the Palace Museum, was invited to be the guest speaker. His lectures attracted 100 audience members.

The lecture for May was held on 19 May 2017. Professor Wan Chui Ki Maggie, Assistant Professor, Department of Fine Arts, CUHK, was invited to be the guest speaker. Her lecture attracted 60 audience members.

The lectures for June were held on 2 and 3 June 2017. Professor Jiang Jianxin, Head of Jingdezhen Ceramics Archaeology Institute, was invited to be the guest speaker. His lectures attracted 110 audience members.
