The Representative Council is the highest body for the daily supervision of the Student Union, and acts as the representative for members of the Student Union; it is responsible for supervising the Executive Council and Affiliated Societies, as well as other affairs as prescribed by the Constitution of the Student Union. The term of office of the second Representative Council of CW Chu College Student Union is from 1 February 2015 to 31 January 2016.

The Executive Council

The Executive Council is the highest institution of the Student Union in terms of its daily executive operation. The cabinet of the second Executive Council of CW Chu College Student Union chose the name Devotion 敬諾, to signify their commitments to the College and fellow College students. The cabinet members promised to pay attention to the students' needs and their viewpoints, and strive for students' interests, aside from making contributions to the College development. The Executive Council was elected on 19 February 2015 and holds office until 31 January 2016 and the Inauguration Ceremony was held on 26 February 2015.
