On 16 January 2012, a 6-member delegation led by Ms. Tu Huan, Director of Science & Technology Innovation Division, Science, Industry, Trade and Information Technology Commission of Shenzhen Municipality Government (SZSITIC), visited the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). Ms Tu and the delegates from SZSITIC introduced the policy of Shenzhen Government on research and technology development for China Links Seminar jointly organized by Office of Academic Links (China) and Shenzhen Development Office this year. |

CUHK School of Architecture Visits Taiwan |
On 14-20 December 2011, a postgraduate students delegation from the School of Architecture of the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), attended the "2011 Cross-Strait Academic Exchange Workshop in Architecture" in Taiwan. The delegation was led by Prof. Tsou Jin-Yeu, Professor of School of Architecture and Director of Center for Housing Innovations, and Prof. Li Bingren, Deputy Director of the Committee of Science & Technology, Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the PRC. With the theme of "Future City, Future Life", the workshop was co-organized by the Architectural Institute of Taiwan and Tamkang University. Prof. He Jing-Tang, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Taiwan Principal Architect, Mr. Lee Chung-Yong, were the moderators of the event. |
