Prominent scholars in the field from different countries and regions including Mainland China, Hong Kong, USA, UK and Australia were invited to deliver speeches in the Conference. "We believed that experience sharing and cross-fertilisation of knowledge plays a critical role in tackling the emerging issues, and our concurrent sessions provided a platform for public health professionals and researchers from all over the world to present their research results and encourage information sharing." Prof. Sian Griffiths, Director of SPHPC said.
At the Conference, SPHPC signed Memorandum of Understanding with Hangzhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and School of Public Health and General Practice of Guangzhou Medical University respectively, to consolidate collaboration in scientific research and academic activities.
