Research Consultation Service 

Do you want a one-on-one consultation with our experienced librarian to assist you in searching for resources for your research? We offer the Research Consultation Service to all CUHK faculty members and postgraduate students, and we will assist you in:  

• identifying information needs
• locating resources most relevant to your research projects
• constructing effective search techniques
• searching electronic and print resources effectively
• evaluating the resources used

We are happy to assist in the following areas: 

• special collections
• subject-related information 
• digital scholarship methodologies/projects
• research data

To request an appointment, please complete the Research Consultation Request Form. A librarian with expertise in the related area will schedule an appointment with you, usually within two days. 

Wi-Fi Printing

Do you know you can send print jobs using your own device?


Wi-Fi Printing enables you to print conveniently from your own Windows-based notebook or Mac OS device to 50 designated multi-function photocopiers (MFP) located at the CUHK Library. Simply install the respective printer driver for the designated MFP on your own device, and then you can send the print jobs to the designated MFP via the campus Wi-Fi network.
